Roger Williams University President Miaoulis Attended a Student Senate meeting to address the controversial furloughing of faculty and staff members. Many students were not satisfied with his answers, but Student Body President Henry Siravo feels this is a positive step towards transparency.
Winning Second Place at College Media Associations Apple Awards. After Roger Williams Universities President Miaoulis’ announcement of mandatory faculty furloughs to close a 3.5 million dollar budget deficit, students protest outside the administration building to show their support for staff and the unions.
